The Felt Estate
Broke ground in 1925 and finished in 1928, the Felt Estate was built by Dorr E. Felt, the inventor of the comptometer. He had built the mansion as a summer home for his wife, Agnes, and their four daughters, who wanted relief from the hot Chicago summers. Located in Western Michigan, this beautiful estate's exquisite architecture and picturesque grounds, including formal gardens, a serene pond, and a classic carriage house, reflect the couple's elegance and vision. Embraced by its romantic ambiance, the estate is a popular venue for weddings, offering a beautiful setting that embodies the love and devotion of its original owners. The Felt Estate continues to be a cherished locale, celebrating both its historical significance and its role as a backdrop for lasting memories. We are beyond excited to have you come and share this special day with us!
